The Website allows online purchase of MRW2 electrolyte-enriched beverage ("the Beverage" and/or "the Beverages" and/or "the Products"). It is clarified that the beverage is not an alcoholic drink. Any browsing on the Website and/or performing an action indicates your agreement to the terms detailed in these terms and conditions.

Browsing the Website is subject to the terms detailed in these terms and conditions ("the Terms"). Please read the Terms carefully, as browsing the Website and performing actions on it indicate your agreement to the conditions contained therein. If payment has been made for a cancelled order, the Website will refund the payment amount to the same payment method.

Purchase with a Coupon Code:

The Website may, from time to time and at its discretion, issue coupon codes, which will provide a defined discount percentage according to the information published with the coupon code ("Coupon Code").
The Coupon Code will be valid for one-time use and for a defined period, for purchase on the Website only. It will not be possible to use a coupon code more than once per transaction. Multiple coupon codes cannot be used in a single transaction.
The Coupon Code cannot be converted into another discount and/or benefit and/or exchanged for monetary consideration.
The validity of the Coupon Code will be limited to the time specified in the accompanying publication of the coupon code and/or in the email and/or SMS message sent to the customer.
A coupon code that is not used within its validity period will be canceled and will not entitle customers to any discount and/or benefit. In this regard, the customer will have no claim against the Website regarding the expiration of the coupon code.

Shipping Policy:

The Website will arrange for the delivery of an order placed on the Website to the customer's address as entered by them during the purchase process.
Orders will be processed and delivered within the following timeframes (delivery times refer to orders completed and approved by 10:00 AM on a business day):

Up to one business day by express delivery to the customer's address, between Beer Sheva and Caesarea (updated list);
Up to 5 business days by delivery to the customer's address;
By self-pickup (by prior arrangement) from the logistics center in Beer Bazar on Sundays-Thursdays between 09:00 and 16:00.

"Business Day" - Sunday to Thursday, excluding general public holidays, holiday eves, and days when banks in Israel are closed.

The order cost does not include the shipping cost. The shipping cost may be updated from time to time according to what is stated during the order placement on the Website.
The Website may set a minimum order amount on the Website and update it at any time.
In the event that a product ordered on the Website is out of stock, the Website will notify the customer.
If the customer is not present at home when the courier arrives, at the pre-arranged time, the order will be returned and resent after the customer pays additional shipping fees.
Order delivery will be possible subject to the following conditions:

There is reasonable accessibility to the order location;
The Website's delivery company delivers in that area;
If it is an organization, institution, kibbutz, or settlement that cannot be reached without special permission and/or where there is no organized registration of streets and/or house numbers, the order will be delivered to the central distribution point in that location.

The Website will not be responsible for any delay and/or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery, caused by:

Returns, Changes, and Order Cancellation Policy:

Refunds, changes, or cancellations of orders will be possible as a monetary refund or exchange within 14 days after the customer receives the order.
The monetary refund will be made only using the payment method with which the customer placed the order.
Refunds, changes, or cancellations of orders will not be possible if 14 days have passed since the receipt of the order.
Refunds, changes, or cancellations will be approved after the customer receives written confirmation from the Website.
In cases where a refund, change, or cancellation is due to the customer changing their mind (and not due to a defect or non-conformity) and is approved by the Website, the following provisions shall apply:

The customer must return the product to the Website in the condition in which it was received, without damage or defect;
The product must be returned with the sales invoice or proof of transaction;
The costs associated with returning the order shall be borne by the customer;
A cancellation fee of 5% of the product amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, the right of cancellation shall not apply to food and beverage products. Therefore, a transaction for opened beverage bottles, bottles with damaged packaging, or bottles that have been used in any way cannot be returned or canceled. Product returns will only be permitted when the product is sealed in its original packaging.
If a return, change, or cancellation is due to a product defect, the customer will return the defective product to the Website, and the Website will arrange for the product's repair or replacement.
A product defined as defective by the customer will be inspected by the Website. If, after inspection by the Website, the product is found to be in working order, the customer will not receive a monetary refund and will have the option to request that the product be sent back to them subject to paying shipping fees again.
The above is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Refunds, changes, or cancellations of orders will be possible as a monetary refund or exchange within 14 days after the customer receives the order.

The monetary refund will be made only using the payment method with which the customer placed the order.

Refunds, changes, or cancellations of orders will not be possible if 14 days have passed since the receipt of the order.

Refunds, changes, or cancellations will be approved after the customer receives written confirmation from the Website.

In cases where a refund, change, or cancellation is due to the customer changing their mind (and not due to a defect or non-conformity) and is approved by the Website, the following provisions shall apply:

The customer must return the product to the Website in the condition in which it was received, without damage or defect;

The product must be returned with the sales invoice or proof of transaction;

The costs associated with returning the order shall be borne by the customer;

A cancellation fee of 5% of the product amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged.

If a return, change, or cancellation is due to a product defect, the customer will return the defective product to the Website, and the Website will arrange for the product's repair or replacement.

The above is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
